Match kit
Sublimated shirts and playing trousers in club colours, with numbering and player names.
04 / Kit
Match kit, training wear and sponsor-ready teamwear — designed, sized, numbered and delivered against your fixture list, not against a factory's convenience.
Every club has the same story: the kit turned up two weeks into the season, in the wrong sizes, with a sponsor logo the sponsor did not approve.
We work backwards from your first fixture. Design gets signed off, a sizing run goes out to the squad, sponsors approve their placement in writing, and production is booked to land with time to spare.
Sublimated match shirts, training tees, playing trousers, caps and bags — with numbering and names where you want them.
Included
Full teamwear, or just the pieces you are missing.
Sublimated shirts and playing trousers in club colours, with numbering and player names.
Practice tees, shorts and warm-up layers built for training loads rather than match day.
Logo positioning laid out and approved by your sponsors before anything is printed.
Sample sets sent to the squad so nobody is guessing between a medium and a large.
Playing caps, sun hats, kit bags and the small things that finish a squad off.
Your design stays on file, so mid-season replacements and new signings are a two-day job.

Production schedule
This is the timeline we work to. If you come to us later than week ten, we will tell you honestly what is still achievable rather than promise and miss.
Colours, layout, sponsor positions. First mock-ups back within a few days.
You approve, and every sponsor whose logo appears approves in writing. Nothing moves until this is done — this is the step that causes reprints.
A sample set goes to the squad. Everyone tries on and confirms. No guessing between a medium and a large.
Final numbers, names and quantities locked. Production booked.
Sublimation, cutting, stitching, numbering. We check in at the halfway point.
Kit arrives, gets checked against the order, and is sorted by player before it reaches you.
Deliberate slack for anything that went wrong. Most seasons we do not need it. The seasons we do, it saves the launch.
Process
Five stages, one point of contact throughout.
Colours, layout and sponsor placement mocked up until you are happy.
Written sign-off from you and from every sponsor whose logo appears.
A sample set goes to the squad. Sizes come back before anything is cut.
Booked against your first fixture, with a buffer built in.
To one address, sorted by player, with the numbers already on.
Questions
The things people want to know before they get in touch.
Practical minimums start around a full squad — roughly fifteen sets. Below that the per-unit cost climbs steeply and we will tell you so rather than take the order quietly.
Plan on four to six weeks from final approval to delivery. We will always ask for your first fixture date and work backwards from it.
Yes. Send a shirt or the hex codes from your brand guide and we will match to it.
Your design stays on file. Single-unit repeat orders turn around far faster than the original run.
Tell us your first fixture date and squad size. We will work the timeline backwards from there.
