Tours with both endsactually covered.

The hard part of a tour is the half that happens where you are not. We have people on the ground in Dubai and in Sri Lanka, so the fixtures, the grounds and the logistics are handled locally at both ends.

Matched opposition, not filler fixtures

A tour is only as good as the cricket. Anyone can book flights and a hotel; the value is in finding sides that will give your team a real contest — challenging enough to be worth the trip, not so far above them that the tour becomes a lesson in losing.

We match opposition to your squad's actual standard, then build the itinerary around the fixture list rather than the other way round. Rest days land where they should. Travel between grounds is short.

Schools, clubs and academy sides all tour with us in both directions — UAE teams going to Sri Lanka, and Sri Lankan sides coming to the Emirates.

Sample itinerary

What an eight-day tour looks like

This is a real shape, not a brochure. Rest days sit where a squad actually needs them, and no fixture follows a travel day.

  1. Day 1

    Arrive and settle

Airport pickup, transfer to the hotel, an easy evening. Nothing scheduled — long-haul squads play badly on day one and everyone knows it.

  2. Day 2

    Nets and acclimatisation

A morning net session at the ground you will play on first. Afternoon free. This is where players adjust to the pace and bounce.

  3. Day 3

    Fixture one

The opening match, deliberately against the most evenly matched side on the tour. It sets the tone without breaking anyone's confidence.

  4. Day 4

    Recovery and culture

No cricket. A planned excursion — the value of a tour is partly what happens off the field, and parents and schools care about this part.

  5. Day 5

    Fixture two

Stronger opposition. By now the squad has adjusted and can handle a real test.

  6. Day 6

    Optional nets or rest

Called on the day, based on how the squad is holding up. Flexibility built in rather than bolted on.

  7. Day 7

    Final fixture

The last match, followed by a joint presentation with the host side. Photos, exchange of pennants, the part everyone remembers.

  8. Day 8

    Depart

Checkout, transfer, fly home. The tour report and photo gallery follow within the week.

Straight answers

What changes the cost of a tour

Tours vary more than any other service we run. These are the levers.

  • Squad sizeGroup flight and hotel rates improve sharply above about eighteen travellers, and again above thirty.
  • SeasonSri Lanka's cricket calendar and the school holiday peaks both push accommodation and flight prices. Shoulder weeks are noticeably cheaper.
  • Number of fixturesEach match adds ground hire, officials and often a transfer. Three to four fixtures in eight days is the sweet spot.
  • Accommodation standardSquad-grade hotels versus four-star changes the total more than anything except flights.
  • Supporters travellingParents and supporters can share transport and fixtures, which usually improves the group rate for everyone.

Questions

Before you ask

The things people want to know before they get in touch.

Which routes do you run?

UAE to Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka to the UAE are our core routes, because we have delivery people at both ends. Other destinations are possible, but we will tell you honestly if we would be learning a market on your money.

Do you handle school groups?

Yes, and the documentation for a travelling school squad is a large part of what we do — invitation letters, parental consent packs and chaperone logistics included.

How far ahead should we plan?

Four to six months for a full tour. The constraint is usually opposition availability and ground bookings at the destination, not flights.

Can parents and supporters travel with the squad?

Yes. We book supporter groups alongside the squad, usually on the same flights with separate accommodation options.

Thinking about a tour next season?

Tell us the squad, the standard and roughly when. We will come back with a fixture list before we quote a price.
