What changes the quote
We price against the event rather than a flat day rate. These are the variables.
- Days on the groundA multi-day tournament costs far less per day than a single fixture, because setup and travel are absorbed once.
- Number of shootersOne camera covers a fixture. Two or more are needed when multiple pitches run at once, or when you want both ends.
- Turnaround24-hour selects mean editing overnight. Standard turnaround is cheaper and, for most clubs, fast enough.
- Video as well as stillsDifferent discipline, usually a second operator. Worth it when sponsors are involved; skippable when they are not.
- Drone coverageAdds permit work and a licensed operator. Some venues do not allow it at all, and we confirm before the day.

The things people want to know before they get in touch.
How quickly do we get the images?
A first selection within 24 hours so you have something to post, and the full graded set within a few days. Highlight edits follow the same week.
Who owns the images?
You get full usage rights for your club, school or company, including sponsor use. We retain the right to use selected images in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Can you cover multi-day tournaments?
Yes, and it is where the work is strongest — a week of coverage builds a story that a single fixture cannot.
Do you do drone footage?
Yes, with the required permits arranged. Some venues restrict it, and we will confirm before the day rather than turn up and find out.
Got a fixture worth shooting?
