Holiday camps
Multi-day skills camps through the school breaks, grouped by age and standard rather than lumped together.
03 / Coaching
Camps and school programmes run by ICC-qualified coaches, built on a structured curriculum rather than an afternoon of throwdowns. Every player gets a written progress report at the end.
Plenty of people can run a net session. Far fewer can tell a thirteen-year-old why their front foot is closing them off, fix it in a way that survives the drive home, and write it down so the next coach picks up where this one left off.
Our programmes are led by ICC Cricket Coaching Level II qualified coaches working to a defined curriculum — technical blocks, game sense, fitness appropriate to age, and match play that tests what was taught that week.
Parents get a written report. Schools get a programme that maps to their term. Players get something that actually compounds season to season.

Block structure
Every block follows the same arc, so progress is visible to the player and reportable to the parent.
Assess where each player actually is. Filmed where useful, so week six has something honest to compare against.
One or two specific faults per player, worked deliberately. Not everything at once — that is how coaching fails.
The same skills, now under scenario and scoreboard pressure. This is where technique either holds or does not.
Match play with coaching interventions. Decisions, not just execution.
Reassess against the week one baseline. Written report per player, and the plan for the next block.
Process
Five stages, one point of contact throughout.
Age groups, current standard and how many players. We watch a session where we can.
A block plan mapped to your term or holiday window, with clear objectives per week.
ICC-qualified coaches deliver it, with the same faces week to week.
Written progress assessments for every player at the end of the block.
We build the following block on what the reports showed, not from scratch.

The things people want to know before they get in touch.
From around seven up to senior club level. Groups are split by standard as well as age, because a strong eleven-year-old and a beginner thirteen-year-old should not be in the same session.
It is a recognised international coaching qualification covering technical coaching, session design, player welfare and game understanding. It is the standard that lets a programme be assessed rather than just delivered.
